Big Knife, Not cheap, Big value
Medford Knives have a reputation for being very big and robust knives and the "On Belay" is no different. The weight and heft is relatively substantial but that is obvious. The action is very good but utilizing the lock bar does require some effort due to its heft. The raw titanium finish does lack a refinement that I am used to with my other knives but I believe this was done purposefully. Overall I believe Medford makes a good product. Used as intended, I believe this knife / tool would provide years of great service and satisfaction for the user, my experience with this knife is unique and not indicative of what a common purchaser would experience. If there is further interest in knowing my personal experience, feel free to view my You Tube channel "There's a Folder in My Pocket." ...
