It was packed well. It was in a pink anti-static bag and sealed well. And then, UPS smooshed it. The smooshing was much more than what you'd expect normal smooshing to be. And the contents were damaged. I took a photo and asked what ARC Electronics wanted to do hoping for another try. They didn't have one and promptly refunded my money. I'd buy from them again!!
