Everything came as expected, except, the rotating bezel had been bent and when it is turned to a particular position, it would rub against the watch body and doesn't spin like it is supposed to. I would have liked to have known that, probably should have been in the description. The band that it came with had a tear in it, so that had to be replaced. Otherwise, highly recommend this watch for anyone considering a smart watch.
