This book will change your view of sex within a marriage! Keep your spouse happy and it effects all aspects of your marriage. Dr. Leman says your sex life is an indication of your overall marriage-- something to think about. He gives reasons WHY a husband or wife might feel a certain way or WHY a wife should try to please her husband. . . straight forward and full of good stuff! Our sex life was great before this book, but it really opened my eyes to why sex in a marriage is so important. So take advantage of this advice and have some fun with your spouse!!!!This book will change your view of sex within a marriage! Keep your spouse happy and it effects all aspects of your marriage. Great counseling tool
As a counselor I appreciate good tools that individuals can use to make positive steps toward improving their love for God and others. This book is very clear and concise as it shows how to apply God's design for sex to a marriage. The book is well organized and particular chapters can be assigned for specific issues. However, the book is interesting enough to warrant a complete read. Leman is aware that some readers will not agree with all of his counsel and makes concessions so as not to argue someone into doing something that they are not comfortable doing. The book is less technical than some, but in some respects more thorough in the areas that really matter. The author truly is down to earth, transparent and very knowledgeable. Great gift for a couple.
Kevin Leman does an excellent job of covering a topic that could be rather difficult to address. He is very down to earth in his discussions, making it easy to "digest" the info, but is also very informative and humorous about it. I have bought several of these books and given them to newly weds as wedding gifts along with a nice set of sheets. If you know a couple that could use an honest discussions about sex and the needs of both men and women (with respect for Christian beliefs), this is for you!Kevin Leman does an excellent job of covering a topic that could be rather difficult to address. He is very down to earth in his discussions, making it easy to "digest" the info, but is also very informative and humorous about it.
