Received item that was opened, outside package was received opened at the post office and a label was on mailer, box was opened and the seal on the medicine bottle was broken and the inner seal was opened and part of the pills were gone, seller refused to send refund so dont buy from this seller

The bottle was sealed, as in photos, I photograph each item that I sell and that’s the one you will get, the post office said if a package was opened, they would put it in a clear plastic bag, they also wouldn’t break two seals as stated by buyer. I am a honest seller as you can see from the number of positive reviews. I did ask for it to be returned but buyer didn’t want to do that
