    Good quality sound but it feels lacking in features

    My computer doesn't like the software that controls the microphone. I don't even bother trying to load it because it refuses to work after being updated. I attached this to a microphone boom with a screen. It'll be just fine for streaming and voice chat via PC. I like that it's a robust microphone. It seems like it's made well. It's good quality sound but it feels lacking in features. The switch to control the audio tunneling is pretty useless. I like that it has that feature but it doesn't seem to really do much of anything. I'm by no means an audio guy. I just wanted a microphone that didn't suck and wouldn't cost a fortune getting. Overall, I have no buyers remorse. It's a good microphone. I can't recommend it because of the crappy software and the "features" that don't appear to really ...

    Ok, but not great

    The mic looks nice, there are a few issues. First off, it appears as though turtle beach is not longer supporting this product as the boom arm attachment which is sold separately is out of stock on their website and cannot be purchased from anywhere else, so that’s a negative for me. Also, there is excessive noise when the mute button is pressed. I have no other mic to compare this to, quality seems ok otherwise. The program is pretty basic and doesn’t allow much for customization, but it’s easy to set up on PS4 and X-Box One. If you can find this item cheap enough (~$50) I believe it’s worth the price, just be careful not to spend too much as I believe there are better alternatives for the same price range.
