This seller was very quick to respond to a problem with the item I ordered. It seems that it was damaged in transit. I took photos of the issue and they sent a refund. There were photos of the item prior to shipping, and it looked fine. It was packaged well. I don't believe the seller did anything wrong that could have caused this damage. But, they were very understanding.
