Very well packaged better than USPS/UPS/FEDEX or any packaging company I've dealt with. Item arrived 1 day sooner sadly on Sunday so I didn't receive it until Monday. Price for item was more affordable compared to others. The covers for my buttons were completely different but thankfully they shipped them with the control I purchased. Original ones I have can't be used with them (2 different styles). I highly recommend Piper Auto Salvage.

Shipping was a disaster. I sent numerous emails about a missing wheel. They said that it was shipped, but UPS said that it wasn’t. I sent an email requesting a refund, but they totally ignored that and found a wheel from somewhere and sent it. It arrived and it’s damaged , the finish on the wheel is damaged and coming off of the wheel. The wheel in the picture does not show any damage, because if it did , i wouldn’t have purchased it. Not a good seller, and I do no recommend buying from them.
