Seller said item was lost in shipping and offered a refund! I am not sure the seller ever had the item to begin with and I feel as if the seller decided that they had sold the item to cheap and backed out on the deal! I have not received a statement from my credit card information on my refund as of yet. Not at all happy with this experience!!

Seller cancelled my order 2 days after confirming purchase. I was refunded the total amount, but I am now having issues getting the refund for the protection plan, as it is a downright hassle.
Also, I still got an item at my place, but it was a clothing item, like some sort of cloth collar or wristband. Very strange and suspicious, as the label had the same tracking number as the grill.
