Arrived quickly. I feel the packaging was inadequate. I would have boxed it for protection. The tool did not work when I first tried it. I looked inside where the battery contacts are and found one of them bent over. it was not making contact with the battery terminals. I took a chance and gently bent it back into place and now it works. Not sure if it was damaged in shipping? It works as advertised now.

    JBL Wireless earbuds

    The sound quality was very poor. I have a set of these already and decided to buy my wife a set. JBL is known for its deep bass sound and this set I ordered had NO bass or midrange ! I have another set of these and they're great !

    Great sound quality, cordless, lightweight, and convenient when jogging or working out. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking for inexpensive, quality earbuds. Only downside, not waterproof. However, I’ve had no issues with quality after sweating from many extensive workouts. I’ve also washed them by accident twice in the case. No issues
