The chair was as described. I have an issue with shipping. I had two choices, $105 for UPS and $116 for FedEX. I paid $116 since I prefer fedex. Shipping label was created for UPS. I reached out, and the response was, UPS ended up being $114 so I will refund $2. UPS messed up the shipping, and it arrived 4 days late. The sellers items have 2 shipping costs. Do not pay for the more expensive one, items will be shipped at whatever is cheaper for the seller. I didn't even receive the $2 refund

I have refunded the $2, I didn't think you were serious, sorry. When I calculate the shipping, Fedex maxes out at a certain amount and ups maxes out at a much higher amount. To cater to buyers, I offer both options in the event someone is in an area where fedex is cheaper then ups. UPS offers a better insurance in my opinion, and for a chair this expensive, I wanted it to be insured. I explained this to you when you asked, and you didn't demand it be sent by FedEx, or I would've changed it.
