This phone is not reliable. The phone will not power up, or charge and when it does power up it freezes up and you have to take the battery out to start all over again. When the phone is off it will display a "flashstrap" message which is an operating system issue asking you to connect a USB. This phone should be simple to operate but apparently has bugs. No wonder they stopped making this phone. I do not recommend this phone.
I love the the durability of the phone. The phone has excellent ringtone volume. The only thing I don't like is it is to old to use the internet feature.

This is a great phone, It's basic tho,.... I needed a chep phone to get up and running again,This did it. It has a great speaker phone on it. It does not do the web at all. This is a cheap phone if you need one Calls,text's just fine.
The unit purchased is in PERFECT operation, I received the Unit and immediately activated without any failures.No Failure on this product, I did had an different Model but it does not perform as good as the one purchased
