The listing disclosed specific missing hardware. However, it did not mention the missing set screw from the arm which secures the arm pieces together so ultimately the listing was inaccurate. It also mentioned the box and packaging was fairly beat up but no damage to the item. The seller did nothing to reinforce or provide more protection for the product inside the box. It did subsequently arrive with some scratches. This I guess is the price you pay for not buying new.

    This is a very good IEM system for the money. Better quality ear buds than the ones that come with the package will greatly improve the fidelity of the sound.
