I was sent the wrong size sheet twice (item description was wrong). I contacted the seller and they were responsive at first. They sent a replacement but it was again incorrect. Then, they stopped responding, so I was unable to get a refund or return the item. Apparently once you open a return ticket and close it, you don’t get the option to reopen. I lost $40 on a product I can’t use.
