The seller and I worked to resolve the issue. I sent them pictures of the damaged item and they gave me a full refund. I don’t appreciate the implications that the photos were not correct or that I was in the wrong when I simply bought and was then delivered an item that somehow got damaged.

I have sent this buyer several requests for resolution. I asked for more pictures as I can't even tell by the picture if this is the actual candle that was shipped to her. The item was inspected before shipment and was in A1 condition. She states package was not damaged but candle was. I have offered a partial refund which she has refused. Asked 3 times for more pictures. Said she attached them to my neutral feedback? I am doing everything possible to get this resolved.
