Pants wrongly listed as 48 when they were size 46. Listing photographs did include the tag which show the size. I am not going to go through the hassle of repackaging, driving to the UPS store, waiting in line there, checking refund status on my credit card statement etc...etc...etc. Pants arrived in good condition. I'll donate them to a needy cause. I will still recommend the seller because it was an honest mistake and I should have seen the sizing error in the photographs.
