Package was well packed and dishes arrived in good condition. Delivery was out of the seller's control. The seller mailed the items one day after purchase, which was great. However, the USPS sent the package from Texas to DC to Virginia to MA and back to VA. I kept getting updates on delivery, but it finally arrived safely. Delivery not seller's fault.
