The item was not as describe the seller was contact. The seller was very unprofessional and harassed me with emails when I asked for a refund.eBay was contact and told me do not respond. eBay investigated and saw I was telling the truth.I will get my refund.The seller continue the next day To still harassing me telling me when I send back the item, make sure I send back all the free items that she gave me., this was scary. I measured the bag again and it was 7 inches... I don't know how your length got to 6 inches, but I very kindly gave you your money back and I know you didn't have to do this to me... You didn't like the bag. I understand if that's the case, but it's too absurd and absurd for them to insist that 7 inches is 6 inches, and to even say unfair things to me and leave unfair feedback. :(
