I am leaving 5 stars as I can not blame the seller for the way the package was handled by the shipping company and it would not be right to give them any less.
Unfortunately I received a torn up damaged box and a slightly damaged part.
The seller assisted with the refund which was issued as soon as they received the part back.
overall experience from the seller was positive, I will certainly keep them in my saved seller list for any future needs and hopefully gets delivered undamaged :-).

I am not going to lower my rating because of the packaging. This is a very heavy thing to package and ship with multiple heavy and large components. Despite it looking horrible upon arrival, what matters is all parts and pieces arrived without any damage. The item is exactly as described - the hitch base mount fit my 2002 Silverado 2500HD perfectly. I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again in the future.
