I ordered this set of phones and when i received them the batteries was already installed and one of the phones the batteries charged but the other phone would not charge and the answering system had an echoing sound when it came on, also the box looked like it had been treated rough and it wasn't even sealed and both phones and chargers were inside the box with no bubble wrap or anything to protect the phones and chargers from being thrown around inside the box during shipping.
