    One of the best things a business can do is take a negative experience & turn it into a positive. I received this drum & suspect that since my printer is SO old, so are repair parts for it. When this unit performed very poorly (pictures provided), this seller quickly (same day) responded w/a full refund. I REALLY APPRECIATE that. At first, I was bummed thinking I'd lost money & was going to go thru a lengthy refund process w/some probability it wouldn't be approved. Thank you! Continued success

    Saved from buying a new Printer

    Printer had no power, I checked the fuses and they were good. I ordered this part, it arrived in 2 days! Installed the part and saved 300.00 because I did not have to buy a new Brother printer. It only took about an hour to disassemble the printer and install this part. I just wish there were instructions somewhere online on how to get the printer apart.
