It is a counterfeit item. I subsequently purchased directly from Nutrafol and compared the two products. The packaging is wrong and the capsules are the wrong color. I was afraid to use it, it might not be dangerous but it will not work although im not dure the genuine product works either, we'll wait and see. The seller gave me a prompt refund upon return of the product and he provided a free return label.
