    Very friendly and helpfull getting the order when talking to seller by phone and received item my washer quickly but, item came in bad condition. The tube I had order came in dent in on two side and the back ring around the tube was folded in on three sides of the spider making the tube not round. The box was over tape and torn and no protection for the item that was shipped. $172 dollors for shipping on a item that I have to repair !
