    Highly recommended for VOIP phones. Reliable and great value!

    I work out of my home and have two computers and a VOIP phone. We were having a lot of problems with our phone not working right with other routers, and were recommended this router by our VOIP provider. I was really impressed at how easy it was to install - just click "setup wizard" and it set itself up! Our provider walked us through a couple more steps to get it on the ideal setting for VOIP phones, but after that, it worked like a charm! One problem I've had was that it gets really hot when setting "normally" (as positioned in the picture), which can cause problems over time. I started having connection issues after about a year, and set the router up on it's side on the little stand they come with. It still gets warm, but stays within a fairly normal range.     IT WAS OUTDATED AND IT WOULD COST ME 109.00 TO HAVE REACTIVEATED FOR JUST 2 YEARS AND THE LADY I TALK WITH NET GEAR SAID THAT ONLY I COULD USE IT AND GET A PASS WOULD FOR IT THATS HOW MUCH I WOULD PAY FOR IT AND I COULD HARDLY UNDER STAND EVERYTHING THAT SHE WAS SAYING ONLY THAT I COULD HEAR CLEAR IS HOW MUCH I WOULD HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE IT UPDATED.

    My Netgear Wireless G Router was wonderful. The price was right and the product was worth more than I paid for it.
