The product arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. Unfortunately there was no manual so I was unable to set up the product. This was not a fault of the seller but rather the manufacturer failing to put one in the box. The seller went above and beyond to try and sort out the problem. Their response times were very very quick and a refund was given without question. Despite the problem, I would certainly purchase from the seller again due to their genuine responses A++++
