Seller says it was completely sealed which was not true, the out side of box was not sealed and it was worn box. If you are going to sell something on your ad as sealed than it had better be sealed. I trusted this seller and when i asked about it not sealed they just gave me attitude from the start. STAY away from this seller they are a total fraud. BEWARE THIS SELLER GIVES EBAY SELLERS A VERY BAD UNTRUTHFUL NAME. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM IF YOU LIKE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Buyer thought factory sealed meant sealed in cellophane. This smaller boxed puzzle was made during pandemic and not sealed in cellophane but secured on the underside and puzzle pieces inside box were sealed in plastic bag. Sold several of these same puzzles and other customers were happy, all were new and not damaged. Offered full refund if he returned it, he said that was too much trouble. I could not make this guy happy.
