Dress was advertised as "nice pre-loved condition". Not even close. It had many pulls, tie was torn, and smelled awful, none of which were disclosed. Very poor condition. Also didn't combine shipping. Requested a refund and seller was not initially cooperative, but got refunded in the end. Avoid

I requested a shipping label to return the item and get a full refund, but you would not provide a label and offered a low refund to keep it. Not acceptable, I deserved a label and then a full refund. I should not have to pay to return something that was totally not as advertised. I never wanted to keep it, but again, you NEVER provided a label! You realized your fault and finally gave a refund, as you should. It went in the trash, couldn't even donate it. Advertise properly.

The earrings are okay for what I ordered, but didn’t match the color in the listing photos—to the point I thought I received the wrong item. I also think the listing NWT was misleading. I’ve purchased the same brand at a local retailer and nothing on this somewhat dingy item resembled original tags or point of purchase materials, excepting for a modified, generic romance card for Mariana. I will say that the seller was quick to respond to my questions.
