Ordered a lot from this seller and this has been the only item that came not as described. It was suppose to be new but was an open box with some (not original) tape on it and missing a piece. But we made it work, so I didn’t contact the seller. Every other order I have gotten from them has been great. All ship fast and prices are very good. Will definitely order again. I think they likely had an open box item and a new one and I was sent the open box instead of the new one accidentally.

Great 2-Way Audio Monitor
Small compact size, easy setup, takes just a bit of learning on the controls of the 'Parent Unit' to 'get the hang' of it, then very easy communications. This monitor acts as a two way paging intercom system as well. The 2 'Parent Units' have rechargeable batteries built in and can be carried around in the house at will.. They will work flawlessly for several hours (4 - 6 hours) on the battery. Unused Parent Unit can be turned off at night. This system uses only RF transmision, no WiFi, video, etc., to setup, work with ot troubleshoot. Great system!!
