The metal edges have a good amount of scratches but I can live with that when everything else is stellar. Even had a protector on the cameras still. Thank you!! It is hard to find objective reviews. If you have an issue, it is a one otherwise it is a 5. Here is our attempted to be objective. The Phone was new and arrived on time and was sealed in a box as described. It was an amazing price and with that you need to expect that service may be affected because having employees to respond ASAP cost money. I did send them a msg to verify my phone was shipping same day and did not get a response. So they are slow to reply but they did ship it ASAP
