Item was shipped promptly and received in good condition. The seller took extra precautions for packaging, As described it was 'open box', it was wrapped in plastic wrap, and it was in an extra layer of cardboard, taped and sealed inside a bubble wrap envelope. I have to wait until my current blue cartridge is empty to install it in the machine. However, it looks to be in excellent condition...
