Item was new as described. They could improve a bit with the packaging as it did just come in a plastic bag and the item took some damage in transit. Could have been worse but it arrived only slightly broken and I was able to snap it back together and get it functional. All in all, a good experience . So rated at A instead of A+ due to packaging.
