The seller was very slow shipping my items, so slow that I didn’t receive them in time and no longer need them. Then the response I received was very rude and unprofessional and the explanation didn’t make sense. I never received the alleged first tracking number. They messaged me NINE days later stating something was wrong with the first shipment And I’d receive another one. Where’s the first tracking #? I’ll definitely go back to not using eBay again and I do not recommend this seller.

I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced on this order. I informed you there was an issue with your first shipment at the moment I was aware of it. I did not receive a response from you so I sent out a second order without hesitation through the ebay tracking instead of my ups account and expedited the order with 2 day air. At that time you reported an issue with ebay but again did not respond to me after a second attempt. I am unable to work through your issue if you do not respond.

Did not arrive on time. I ordered on 3/16 and still haven’t received it even though the seller was very apologetic explaining extenuating circumstances. It is 3/28 and seller promised by the 27 for sure. I am on a time line and this is causing me much anguish.
