Featuring 520 teams and 27 leagues from around the world, FIFA Soccer 07 is designed to imitate reality with improvements to sound, player movement, receiving, shooting, fans, AI, and ball physics over the previous year's version. Trending toward a more organic form of gameplay, FIFA Soccer 07 focuses on realistic athletic movement by altering the way players receive, shoot, and pass the ball, with such options as basic shot mechanics and a "skill shot" button for attempting a bend or backspin. Computer-controlled players are programmed to make decisions on the fly, including formation changes. <br><br>You can manage an existing team or create your own. Mold it into a million-dollar franchise by overseeing the budget, player development, wages, and league standing in "Manager" mode. As a manager, you need to keep an eye on such elements as team chemistry, job security, and fan support. You can recruit young players directly from your own academy and acquire more experienced players from other teams, and then mix and match the two to give the greenhorns a chance to improve under the watchful eye of a seasoned pro.<br><br>Internet play features room for eight players and an added Interactive League competition that is intended to add more to the online community by exploiting rivalries and competitive spirit between two teams. The league is based on real soccer teams that include English Premiership, Bundesliga, France's LFP, and the Mexican First Division. Choose a team to represent, wait until the real-life team is playing another actual squad featured in the Interactive League, and then play against online supporters of the opposing team. EA will keep track of the winners and the leading team at the end of the week is declared the winner. <br><br>Normal online games in the FIFA Lounge include a handicap adjustment, so expert gamers do not discourage newcomers to the FIFA soccer series. FIFA Soccer 07 features a soundtrack with artists from around the world including Blasted Mechanism, Boy Kill Boy, Carlos Jean, Elefant, Keane, Malibu Stacy, Mellowdrone, and Muse, among others.

    Returning this item. Bad condition. Basically trash. Seller needs to take better pictures of the items and describe the item more clearly. Seller will refund at this point and I appreciate that. I appreciate the shipping speed and communication. But sometimes clarity and communication comes at a cost that this seller is more than willing to pay, with can be a bad thing at times for a busy buyer. Be sure on your item because seller won't. Disappointed would be an understatement. Disgusted really.

    FIFA Soccer 07 for PS2

    I have never owned a soccer game before, but a recent fascination with the world sport led me to try one out. After doing a little research, I found FIFA 07. First off, the sound quality (and quantity) is fantastic. Despite being in the U.S. and away from the raucous crowds of Europe and South America, you get a good feeling for the atmosphere. The controls take a little while to get used to, and if you’re not familiar with soccer, the game can get frustrating. But once you get the hang of it, you can do some pretty amazing things with the ball. The replays are great, and the commentary is top notch and doesn’t get old after a few games. The number of leagues is also pretty astounding, and the FIFA 07 Challenge mode presents some interesting scenarios to test your skill. My only ...

    EA's Best Club Soccer Game on PS2 Yet!!!

    This is an awesome FIFA game for the PS2. Their are some new additions to the franchise mode. First of all you have a youth development program (like real life) and your scouting is for young players to develop. The currency is now clearly defined. You can choose from US Dollars, Britisk Pounds, or the Euro! Also, you can add a created team to Franchise mode. The game has club teams from 27 leagues in 20 countries (FIFA Soccer games about the clubs w/ about 40 countries; FIFA World Cup games completely about the nations, virtually every country is on the game). The only thing I could really ask for is that if you create a team, you should have sponsor choices to put on your jerseys. This should go along with putting your badges on your jerseys, as well as picking a number style.

    I HAVE ALWAYS BOUGHT FIFA GAMES FROM AS LONG AS I CAN REMEMBER RELIGIOUSLY SINCE 1999. THEY SEEMS TO IMPROVE EVERY YEAR UNTIL RECENTLY THE WOLRD CUP WAS A FLAP. I BROUGHT THE FIFA O7 HOPING IT WILL BE BETTER BUT I CAN TELL YOU THIS GAME IS ONE OF THE WORST THEY HAVE EVER MADE. THEY ARE RICH AND SPOIDED DONT CARE ANYMORE ABOUT DIE-HEATED FANS. I AM SO UPSET ABOUT THIS GAME QUALITY, GRAHICS AND GENERAL PLAYABILITY. I AM STILL PLAYING FIFA O6 AS IT IS WAY BETTER DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS CROP(PRODUCT). I AM REGGEABOY FROM MIAMI FL.
