    My 2nd 920 - so would recommend it - I don't know what a "small form factor" means

    This is my 2nd 920 I had the first one for several years - I dropped on tile over a year ago and it continued to perform well. I use my phone as a phone plus and can do most anything on it that is comfortable on a good sized screen. It's light weight, fits well in almost any pocket. Pictures are extremely clear and I would say the camera is the main reason for not changing though I tried another that was a "droid" in Dec. and returned it. An occasional app that isn't programmed for Windows has not really been an issue. Battery life seems pretty standard - if I use the GPS it goes quickly but friends say theirs does on other operating systems. I can get a couple days but normally plug in at night to be fresh for the next day and I shut down apps not being used.

    A good phone

    This is a really good phone, let me start out by just letting that out there. I really enjoy having this phone. First of all I've always preferred the windows OS. Its a bit complicated at times but its so pretty, plus it has a very simplistic approach to it. The Lumia 920 feels nice in the hand until you get to the edges... thats where the pointy edgy of the poly carbonate back can stab you. The phone can get pretty hot after use. The screen is nice and bright but also dim at night which makes it good for night reading and internet browsing in dark rooms. The call quality is fine, not perfect but good enough to not bother you. It comes with 32gb which is plenty for me I really dont get that many huge apps so thats not a problem. It comes with some really handy apps like the MIXRADIO app ...

    very pleased

    I purchased this phone to serve as a music player. I was one of the few who liked Zune and the Zune device. Used it since it was first introduced. When Microsoft pulled the plug on it I was lost. I found my way again with this phone. Arrived quickly in incredibly wonderful cosmetic condition. It works perfectly. I signed up with Spotify and everything is as it should be again. With the 30 GB memory I can load music to my heart's content if i want. Very very satisfied!

    If the phone were cheaper, I'd get this since it has a great camera.

    This is really a wonderful phone. It does 90% of what most people would want a smart phone to do. 1) Good Screen with high res (although cracks easily if dropped) 2) Decent processor with 1gb ram 3) Has offline GPS navigation and maps. 4) Camera is very good. 5) Wireless Charging. The bad: 1) It's heavy. 2) Screen can crack easily if dropped. 3) Accessories are slightly more difficult (or expensive) to get since it's microsoft.

    Lumia 920 is awesome!

    My first smartphone, and I like it the lumia 920 very much. Wonder if I can get the Calender feature to enter to do lists by voice. Other than that it's great, just say "call" and the name, and it will dial the number for you. Good texting, good phone quality, great camera, fast internet, battery life is sort of short. Have at it!
