Great device - have used it as soon as it arrived in the post - no issues with price and great service! - I was curious how the parcel went by truck half way around the US, then eventually arrived at a depo in IL, was then a week later posted to Paris in France? !! and the next day arrived in Germany? How the seller and buyer would benefit from this I dont know as surely there would be a quicker and equally cost effective way of sending this in the US system eg nearest airport to Germany?

    GPS was better than expected

    The device arrived in excellent condition, and works well after all the updates were applied using Garmin Express. I also charged it overnight; the battery seems to hold a charge quite well. If there were an easy way to transfer data, I would make this my primary and use my original unit as backup.

    Great GPS at an unbelievable price.

    Right out of the box looked and performed like new. Has many features like connecting my phone, warning when the speed is changing, when approaching a school zone it gives you a warning, to mention a few. A+ all around.

    WAZE is so much better

    I've had a Garmin GPS in my car for many years, but I wanted to upgrade. This is an excellent upgrade. I love the lane assist feature and it gives me a bunch of other things like speed limit updates and a notification when it's time to turn. As far as traffic and finding the fastest route, the Garmin falls short of the smartphone app WAZE. After calculating a route, if I deviate by taking my preferred path, the expected arrival time will be reduced because I know a faster router than the Garmin. It also tells me there is no traffic when there is a slowdown on the road. So I will continue to use this to save my smartphone battery, but as far as accuracy is concerned, it is a distant second to WAZE

    Works as expected.

    I already have a Garmin DriveSmart 50LMT but this one is the LMTHD model. I have not noticed any big difference between the two model but I have to say, this LMTHD screen is a bit more sensitive. Works very well.
