Item not as described. eBay customer service got involved. Seller refused to send return shipping label. Packaging box was in poor shape and wrapped in bubble wrap on the outside from the shipper. eBay told him to refund my shipping costs. Shipper acknowledged eBay’s request to pay shipping, said he would send return shipping costs. I have to start all over with eBay customer service. What a pain.
