I reported that plant hangers I received were of poor quality -flimsy, more like twine then rope.& would not work with a potted plant in a clay container especially when watering plant. I wished to return them. She requested that I mail her a picture, but that did not make sense. I would mail back what she sent me. As an e-bay seller for over 10 years I only request a picture if item arrived broken. It felt like harassment, I am sorry if that was not her intent.
