Best support for injuries to joints
The person who invented KT tape should win the Nobel Prize! This stuff is amazing. I fell on the last of my basement stairs and injured my shoulder. Wasn't about to go to the doctor so I checked online how to tape a shoulder injury. It was instant relief! I like the black one for more support and longer lasting, but it will rip the hide right off of you! The beige one lasts about 3 or 4 days and isn't quite as bad to remove. I keep both on hand depending where they're needed. Used them on my knees and low back.
