Sadly, this game is chocked full of boring, stupid A.I., and repetitive shootouts. The "bullet time" gets to be a chore, needless because the NPC characters are so stupid. If you can also get past the rather long "loading" screens (which literally take over 3 minutes!!!) then you might actually get to play. Waste of time and money in my opinion. Nothing like the 1st or 2nd games which were way better.Sadly, this game is chocked full of boring, stupid A.I., and repetitive shootouts. Shortly thereafter , the story returns a few days to a party in a penthouse luxury in Sao Paulo , where Max and his friend Raul Passos work as bodyguards White family , consisting of Rodrigo Branco ( a businessman ) , his wife Fabiana ( a socialite ) and his brothers Victor ( a politician running for city council ) and Marcelo (one balladeer ) . During the party , a gang called Command Shadow invades the apartment and tries to kidnap Rodrigo and Fabiana , but the plan is foiled by Max Days later , a nightclub, the same gang tries to kidnap them again , and this time can lead Fabiana . The set point for the delivery of the ransom is the ... Movie like action and story telling, Very deep experience.
The game is very cinematographic, runs very smooth compared to others and the graphic quality is awesome. This game combines the best of the action shooters with a deep story telling. If you had tried previous Max Payne Games you´ll love this one; if this is your first time, you can´t go wrong if you´re searching for action, eye-candy graphics and a thrilling story.

I bought Max Payne 3 because I had just bought a new computer and installed a good video card and wanted to see how it would play. I had played Max Payne 1 & 2 and liked them. I was impressed with Max Payne 3. In fact I'm still playing it and having a ball. I wish it let you save whenever you want but it does give you more lives if you keep getting hung up on a level or scene. It will continue to give you more health until you complete the scene.
