Packaging was quite nearly bomb-proof, and the pelican arrived in perfect condition. I have collected numerous paperweights through the years, and this one is already a favorite.     Great flip phone. Annoying features common to other flips have been resolved

    Had to buy a new flip phone after our old one was lost, which in the end was fortuitous. The Convoy has a good solid sturdy feel about it. When pulling phone out of its holster you can't accidentally turn on the camera, change the volume or turn on the speaker, etc. because the external keys are locked until you flip open the phone. A real FLIP phone!

    phone is two weeks old and doesnt work correctly.

    Not to be negative, but in less than two weeks my new phone is not functioning properly. I had to wait up to 7 days to receive the phone and then it goes to heck on me in less than two weeks. It is the same phone as my old one, and that one lasted over two years until I accidentally washed it. I ordered the new one and after very little use it is malfunctioning. I hope I don't have to wait as long to get a replacement or refund.
