    I take this vitamin daily. The caps are relatively easy to break on the 'score' line, so that the user can take one-half in the morning and one-half cap in the evening.

    I prefer to have a USP grading on every supplement and vitamin I use, this is the only exception - because I tend to trust Centrum. Vitamins for a younger man should not be the same for an older man. We urinate so much of the content down the toilet as it is...
