I do a flat cost shipping for buyers. $4.45, whether they buy 1 tiny item or 1,000 items it's only ever $4.45. with your particular item, the only way that would have been cheaper to ship is a stamped envelope, which offers zero protection and no tracking. A "bubble mailer" is the same shipping class as the box as it is over 1/4" thick and considered a parcel.
