I ordered this specifically bc the seller's location was California. The price was excellent and apparently there was an incident with the shipping company who damaged my order and quickly disposed of it. As these are towels in original packaging, the reason for the refund is highly suspect. This is a Chinese rep and as such, buyers should exercise extra caution when buying from a seller who may be circumventing eBay's TOS.
