Item description was recently rebuilt then sat for a year. When item arrived my initial thoughts were it sat for longer than that but can’t confirm. Build quality was less than what I expected and I ended fixing quite a few items that stood out. Seller assured me it would run and it did. Each time I contacted seller with an issue he responded. Overall my purchasing experience was good with this seller. I am awaiting parts he said he would send. Once I receive those items I will update my review
