I am very pleased with this transaction from beginning to end. The charger was the correct one for my Chromebook and was described well so I knew to order that one. Item got hung up in delivery, I decided to wait a while before contacting the seller just in case it somehow got through. Once I did contact the seller asking if they had any info they responded immediately and issued a refund for the item. The seller did initially dispatch the item very quickly so this issue lays solely with the shipping companies. So I cant make any comment to the item quality or packaging itself, but the seller themselves were very professional! Thankyou.
