I understand that the item could have been damaged in shipping. But, the buyer made no effort to polish up the bottom of the pan. Yes it looked used. I knew I was buying a used item. But the purchase was completely useless to me. I am immensely grateful that the seller IMMEDIATELY refunded the item based upon the photo I included in my reason for requesting a refund.
