In the box the power plug is for 230v not 120v used in USA. But item has a internal universal power supply (100V-240VAC) so I had to get a plug adaptor for 110v USA power usage. UPC code in the ad is for the USA market and is incorrect, ad has been revised but still is incorrect for the UPC code. Sound output is not much better than the built in TV speakers. I called JBL tech support to get this all sorted out.
