Item was delivered as described, carefully packaged and in good condition. Seller offered a 'best offer' option but didn't really budge on price, considering item was missing an important alternate head piece. The $3 that was negotiated off the sellers price hardly covers the cost to purchase the replacement head that was missing. Found the same item, fully equipped, for $20 less after accepting this offer. Wanted item bad enough to play hardball with seller but probably wouldn't do it again.
