    Very sturdy

    Works great, the fit was a little tight so I had to put the shovel in the ground and tap the last little bit in with a mallet but that makes it very secure. Its much more useful tool with the longer handle.

    I tried and worked great in tough conditions

    I received it after 10 days by cargo to Chicago. On the last day of the time limit :) The product is very good quality, cuts the woods into pieces like an axe and didnt even get dameged while using on wood and soil. This product is made in Thaiwan. But dont hit hard to a stone, it gets dameged if you hit a stone so hard. Mine got damaged when I unwillingly hit hard to the stone.

    Best shovel.

    I love these shovels. I own another of these at home, but I wanted another. They throw better than throwing tomahawks. 10/10 would use as self defense weapon. Fun fact can and will cook spam over camp fire without lighting on fire.

    Great tool and a great price

    I own several items from Cold Steel and this one is right up there with quality and value. This thing chops like a hatchet and of course digs like a shovel. An added bonus is that it would make a devastating self defense item. Great for throwing in the back of your car/truck or backpack. I recommend sanding the handle and treating with linseed oil for a better grip. Finally, beware for it has a very sharp edge all around and definitely needs a case for storage.
