    Big screen easy to use

    I wanted a laptop with a big screen, and I got it. It is a easy computer to use. I like windows 10 there are a lot of features. I was able to use it right out of the box. After a little set up things worked good. Very happy with this computer.

    Not bad

    This is not a computer I would use for my business. This was purchased for home use. This will not update programs, such as windows 10. I was not sent a repair disk with the computer, so I can not revert back to earlier windows program. I have had nothing but problems with this computer from day 1. Stay away from this one!

    Great Deal!

    This manufacturer refurbished HP laptop is great. It came pre-loaded with windows 10, but not a lot of bloatware. It was easy to get started and it is lightening fast. The screen is really large and bright and the keyboard is easy to use. The only issue I have found so far is the mouse pad. It is not as responsive as other mouse pads on HP laptops that I have used, but other than that it is a great deal and the price was right.
